Burnout and overwhelm don’t usually appear overnight. They tend to build quietly, after you’ve been holding everything together for a long time.
On the outside, you might still be managing. But underneath, there’s a steady undercurrent of strain: a fatigue that doesn’t go away, a sense that even routine tasks now cost more energy than they once did.
This often comes from sustained responsibility, ongoing demands, or roles that have slowly grown heavier without ever being rebalanced.
I work with people who are tired in ways that rest alone can’t fix. People who genuinely care about their work, their relationships, the people counting on them. Somewhere along the way, they’ve learned (often without realizing it) to push far past the point where something needed to change. Because responsibility feels like it’s theirs to carry, disappointing others feels impossible, and there’s always one more thing left to do.
Together, we explore what your exhaustion is tied to. That might include the situation you’re in, the coping habits you’ve come to rely on, or the values that have kept you going even when the cost has gotten too high.
Sometimes this means sorting out what’s genuinely depleting you from what only feels draining because it’s been going on for too long.
Our conversations are shaped by where you are right now. That could mean untangling mental clutter, finding ways to reduce pressure without giving up what matters to you, or slowly rebuilding a sense of inner permission: to rest, to adjust, to say no, to do things differently.
We move at a pace that matches what you have to give. This isn’t meant to become another task on the mental list you’re already hauling around.
Sessions are online, to keep things easy to access and low in pressure. If you’d like to learn more about how I approach this work, schedule a phone call or a meeting with me.
